Refunds and Cancellations

This section explains what happens to your money: when you are charged, how to stop being charged, and what to do if something has gone wrong.

Free trials. Where we offer a free trial, it ends by itself at the end of its term. Anything you finished during it stays finished, and anything we have said is free to everyone stays free.

Memberships. A membership renews on its own, on the schedule you chose, until you stop it. You can stop it at any time from Billing. You keep your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. If a renewal takes you by surprise, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Anything bought on its own. A lesson, course or other item bought as a one-off is yours to keep, and it is available the moment you buy it. If it does not play, is not what the page described, or you were charged twice for the same thing, write to us and we will refund it.

How to reach us. Email jeremy@weartplay.com or use our contact form.
